Calls will be charged at standard network rates. The helpline in Wales – will continue as it has Mon – Fri 10am – 2.30pm, and in addition with effect from Mon 11 May we are offering evening hours for those who feel unable to call during daytime hours. Initially, we will operate Mon, Tues and Wed 7-9pm (same number – option 5).
