Calls will be charged at standard network rates. The helpline hours continue to operate Mon-Fri 10am-2.30pm as usual. It’s fine to call outside these hours, and any voicemails left will be picked up & dealt with the next working day. It’s also possible to arrange evening call backs up to 9pm where appropriate.
