If you have to cancel your place/s you will be subject to the following charges:

• 25% of the fee for cancellation made more than six weeks prior to the event.
• 50% of the fee for cancellation made between two and six weeks prior to the event.
• We are unable to give refunds on cancellations made less than 13 days prior to the event or for failure to attend the event.
• Notice of any cancellation must be made in writing.
• Substitute participants will be accepted until the day before the event.
