Adoption Support Fund Complaints Procedure The ASF provides funding to local authorities (LAs) and regional adoption agencies (RAAs) to pay for essential therapeutic services for eligible adoptive and special guardianship order (SGO) families. Mott MacDonald (MM) are the delivery partner working on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE) to administer the Fund to families.
