Kate is an adoptive parent and joined Adoption UK in Feb 2021 and is also a Parent Partner for the Tessa service. Kate has spent over 12 years working within the voluntary sector and was the Safeguarding Champion for a charity working with and supporting disabled adults and young people with learning disabilities.

In her spare time, she manages her daughter’s increasingly busy social calendar.
