Lead Youth Worker - South West and Mid Wales We are currently recruiting for a Lead Youth Worker to work in South West and Mid Wales. Weekend and evening work will be part of this role. The Lead Youth Worker will develop Connected groups for children and young people in South West and Mid Wales. You will develop, deliver and promote all elements of the children and young people’s service in collaboration with regional partners. The post holder will also work closely with other Adoption UK staff in delivering support to parents in Wales to ensure the young adoptee’s family are aware of and accessing adoption support services where appropriate The post holder will need to have a clean driving license and access to their own car. Hours: 25 hours a week (flexible with some evening and weekend working required)Salary: £27,917 full time equivalent. Pro Rata for 25 hoursLocation: Hybrid with some regular attendance at the office base at National Botanic Gardens of Wales. Will include some home working and travel across Wales. The worker is expected to hold a valid driving licence and provide a car, for which mileage allowance is payable. Duration: Permanent.
