In circumstances like these, when you are needed to do more and more, it is too easy to allow self-care to be the first thing that we all let drop. Now social events and opportunities are closing we might find it harder to do the things we all enjoy. That trip to the gym might not be possible, dinner out with friends is not allowed and the theatre is a distant dream.

However, maintaining your own resources and keeping regulated is going to be important to us all. As we get further into this corona virus response, Adoption UK will collect self-care advice, materials, hints and tips for the whole community to use. And, if you have any tricks that work for you, then please share them on our social media feeds or on our Forum.
