Cheer on Our Team!

As you may know, Ride London, the UK’s biggest festival of cycling, takes place on Sunday 29th May. Thousands of cyclists will be participating in the iconic 100-mile challenge ride and Adoption UK is fortunate to have a team of cyclists taking on the challenge and raising money to support our work. If you live in the London/Essex region you may be close enough to see the event live at one of the closed road viewpoints and cheer on our team. The full route including the official cheer points can be found here. If you know you are able to attend & would like us to send you one of our ‘Purple Army’ T-Shirts please do let us know! The Riders

David, John Paul, & Mike, make up a team of 4. They are a group of social cycling enthusiasts from Suffolk who enjoy a challenge and have links to the adoption story. Keen to raise funds for important causes, and enjoy the benefits of cycling (especially with coffee and cake)!

I am fundraising for Adoption UK because I appreciate the work AUK do to support families
I am fund raising for AdoptionUK because they provide fantastic support for families
Jon is a solo Rider but hooking up electronically with the Suffolk Misfits for support & training tips!
I am raising money for Adoption UK as I have been amazed and touched by how the adoption community support one another; engaging and educating at all stages of the process, which I am experiencing myself as a prospective adopter with my wife.

Lee is riding with a friend Mark. Both came forward only weeks before the event to take on the challenge and promote AUK’s wonderful work & because they Love Cycling! They have both joined the virtual team of all 7 riders to share banter, tips & hints.
