Ride London 2022 The Challenge The world’s greatest festival of cycling returns on Sunday 29 May 2022, with a new format and exciting new route! RideLondon-Essex 100 is a unique opportunity to ride 100 miles on traffic-free roads through the heart of London and neighbouring Essex. It will start and finish in the center of the capital, with 60 miles of rolling roads through some of Essex’s most beautiful countryside and villages in between. You will set off from Victoria Embankment and end at Tower Bridge. For the full route please click here or see the handy map below. Getting Ready This event isn’t just for the world’s best cyclists. The amateur cyclists amongst us are welcome to participate and Ride London has prepared a training plan to help people get ready for the big event. Thousands of cyclists will be participating in the iconic 100-mile challenge ride and Adoption UK is fortunate to have a team of cyclists taking on the challenge and raising money to support our work.
