We are recruiting to two posts within the Psychology and Therapy Hub to deliver therapeutic groups, formulation based consultations and individual therapeutic interventions. Are you experienced in working with care experienced children, young people and their families, either in adoptive families or living in kinship care arrangements? Experience of working with those affected by trauma, loss, adoption or kinship care is essential. If you are passionate about therapeutic parenting, neurodiversity, sensory integration, and working with families and support networks for those affected by adoption, then we’d love to hear from you. Interviews wb 4th September, 2023 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To carry out specialist comprehensive assessments, formulations and interventions, drawing on a range of psychological models and approaches. Facilitating reflective groups for families referred to PATH. To carry out consultations for families referred to PATH. To produce good quality written reports in relation to clinical work. Facilitate reflective practice or supervision groups for colleagues within Adoption UK. Contributing to the development of therapeutic programmes for Adoption UK. Contribute to the training offer on therapeutic services within Adoption UK Contribute to the ongoing clinical assurance of PATH. To contribute to and maintain accurate records for those using the service, on Adoption UK systems and ensuring compliance with both GDPR, safeguarding and confidentiality. Liaison with Delivery manager and Clinical Director to capture progress and outcome measures and to contribute to assessment of project results. Contribute to the development of the PATH Adoption UK therapeutic programme. Deliver additional therapies as the Adoption UK portfolio expands.
