Adoption UK responds to closure of BAAF

Adoption UK’s Chief Executive Hugh Thornbery responded to the news that BAAF ceased operating on 31st of July by saying:

“The adoption and fostering sector has benefited from the expertise and knowledge of BAAF for more than 30 years. It is really concerning to hear about the difficulties they have experienced, which has led to their merger with Coram, at a time of significant reforms and change in adoption.

Adoption UK is keen to continue its working relationship with Coram and the newly merged organisation in the future.”
