ABOUT YOU

With excellent project management skills, you will have the ability to develop appropriate quality assurance policies and procedures in response to external legislative and best practice requirements, and an internal strategic approach ensuring those requirements are met.

You will have

  • The qualifications and experience necessary to act as Adoption UK’s registered Manager in England.
  • The ability to prioritise and plan workload and to work on own initiative
  • The ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the implementation of Continuous Improvement and best practice.
  • Excellent knowledge of the legislation and regulations that are relevant to adoption support services.
  • Experience of using or developing quality assurance systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.


Hours of work: 21 to 35 hours per week (to be agreed with candidate)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Hybrid (Home working with occasional office based meetings or travel as required)  
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (fte) depending on experience
