MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To ensure that Adoption UK complies with relevant regulations and national minimum standards
governing its operation as an Adoption Support Agency in England, including acting as the
organisation’s “registered manager” for the purposes of registration with Ofsted.
• UK project lead for the UK-wide roll-out of Adoption UK’s Therapeutic Education Support Service
in Adoption (TESSA) - a five-year funded project.
• To provide professional leadership and line management of Adoption UK’s adoption support
services in England and ensure a high quality service is consistently provided.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure the sustainability of services that meet the support
needs of all those accessing Adoption UK’s services.


Hours of work: Full time (35 hours per week)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Head office, Banbury / Home working. 
Salary: Up to £55,000
