Hours: Full-time (35 hours)
Salary: £23,000 full time equivalent
Location: Banbury with potential for some home working (currently temporary remote working)
Duration: Permanent

Adoption UK is the leading charity providing support, community and advocacy for all those parenting or supporting children who cannot live with their birth parents. We connect adoptive families, provide information and signposting on a range of adoption-related issues and campaign for improvements to adoption policy and legislation at the highest levels. With over 8,000 members, we provide a strong, supportive community and are the largest voice of adopters in the UK.

Our community support programme for adoptive families has grown and is in an exciting phase. This is an exciting new role for someone who is enthusiastic, resourceful and committed to assist in developing our community programme further, including managing a network of volunteers, hosting virtual events and coordinating a busy schedule of activities across England and the wider UK.
