Ofsted surveys

As a registered Adoption Support Agency, we have been asked by Ofsted to make the following surveys available to all our users in order for them to give feedback on our services:

Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education, Children'sServices and Skills) inspects adoption support agencies like Adoption UK.

They have prepared a series of online questionnaires for people or organisations who use our services to provide them with your views about us.

They would be grateful if you would fill in the relevant questionnaire to help them understand how well Adoption UK performs its functions and how well we meet your needs.

Please note that you willonly be able to respond to the questionnaire between 03 Sep 2012 and 31 Mar2013.

Please be aware that an Ofsted inspection may not take placefor a few years from the time you fill in the questionnaire and they will notrespond directly to you.
