Find out who won and how much we raised to support our work with adoptive families. There are hundreds of organised events all over the UK and overseas that you could be doing for Adoption UK. From a short family fun run to climbing a mountain or cycling to Paris. Whether you raise £5000 or £50, it’s the taking part and getting involved that really makes the difference.
We’ve listed a selection events to give you some ideas but if you know of an event that you would like us to list please get in touch.
The DIFC Superhero RunRegents Park, London, 19 May 2013There are still places available for the DIFC Superhero Run. This is a fantastic running event taking place in London's Regents Park on Sunday 19 May 2013. We had some brilliant superhero runners for us last year and we are hoping we will have some more this year. There is plenty for the whole family to enjoy in Regents Park so why not bring a picnic and make a day of it! Over 1,000 people are expected to take part, raising funds for hundreds of different charities and now this is your chance to join them! No previous experience is required for the event and with a bit of training the distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk - you decide.
