Did you know we have a wide range of FASD services available to all families parenting a child or young person with a history of prenatal alcohol exposure? No diagnosis is necessary to access our services, and they are open to families across the UK.

The Adoption UK Helpline is able to offer advice, a listening ear and signposting on FASD issues. They are supported by a team of FASD Advisors who can offer advice on more complex issues. Call us on 0300 666 0006.

We run a number of training courses for parents, carers and professionals including our flagship “What is FASD?” sessions, and our “FASD: Next Steps for Caregivers” course. We regularly hold sessions on FASD: Helping Sleep Happen and FASD: Connective Parenting. Our FASD: Insights and Strategies for Professionals courses are for those supporting families and can also be delivered on a commissioned basis. All our training is delivered by members of the AUK staff with lived experience of parenting a child or young people with a history or prenatal alcohol exposure.
